There are many agencies and individuals offering yachts for charter in Turkey that are not registered yachting companies or accredited travel agencies.

Yachts offered by these unregistered companies at low prices are often unreliable older models, sometimes in a dangerous condition and with minimal or sometimes no insurance.

For your peace of mind, be sure to check if the yacht charter or travel company you book with is a member of TURSAB, the Government operated Association of travel agencies.
